Brief Backstory
Maria's journey began in the Philippines, where she grew up as the second eldest and only daughter among three siblings. From a young age, she was driven by a passion for learning and a strong sense of responsibility, both towards her career and her family.
After graduating from Far Eastern University in 2014, Maria started her career in the hospitality industry. She began as a Banquet Service Attendant at Sofitel Philippine Plaza, where she quickly enhanced her customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Her talent for connecting with people and handling challenging situations led her to a position at Cebu Pacific Airline as a Customer Service Agent, where she worked for nearly four years. During this time, she interacted with people of different nationalities, which deepened her understanding of different cultures and helped her grow both personally and professionally.
